Three mother of pearl hearts hang from a triangle, wire wrapped into evenly spaced loops. This is wrapped into an ear wire, moving freely. The hearts are shell and crisp white. The two outermost ones hang at the same level while the middle one changes lower to mirror the triangle they are secured to.
