Seven small blue topaz beads are wire wrapped into an open gold filled ring, which is wire wrapped into a cable chain with two additional blue topaz gemstone beads. There are also two blue topaz beads wire wrapped into the spring ring closure and extension for additional durability. There is a two inch extension for adjustability.
